VisiHost operates as a neutral infrastructure provider. We take reports of abuse, malware, and copyright infringement seriously.
1. Reporting Abuse
If you detect malicious activity originating from a VisiHost IP address (e.g., DDoS attacks, scanning, spam, malware distribution), please submit an abuse report with the following information:
- The offending VisiHost IP address.
- Exact timestamps (with timezone) of the activity.
- Relevant logs (firewall logs, email headers, packet captures).

Note: We cannot act on reports lacking technical proof (logs).
2. DMCA / Copyright Infringement
VisiHost complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international copyright laws. If you believe your copyrighted work is being hosted or distributed without authorization on our network, please send a formal takedown notice to our legal contact.
Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL or IP address where the infringing material is located.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

3. Our Action Process
Upon receiving a valid, verified report:
- We will forward the complaint to the customer responsible for the IP address.
- The customer is given 24 hours to remove the offending content or resolve the security vulnerability.
- If the customer fails to comply, the service will be suspended.
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.
