Welcome to the VisiHost Master FAQ. Here you will find quick, authoritative answers to the most common questions regarding our hosting services, control panels, billing schedules, policies, and technical deployments.
1. General & Account Questions#
What is VisiHost?#
VisiHost is a developer-focused global hosting network offering high-performance Discord & Telegram bot containers, Minecraft game servers, Lavalink audio nodes, Cloud VPS instances, and managed databases.
Where are your server locations?#
We currently operate active server clusters in:
- United States: Ashburn, VA and Miami, FL
- India: Noida and Delhi
We are continuously expanding our infrastructure network, with additional domestic and international locations planned for future release.
What control panel do you use?#
We utilize a high-performance, customized Pterodactyl control panel for bot and game containers:

Billing & Support:
Can multiple team members manage the same server?#
Yes. You do not need to share your primary account password. Open your container dashboard, go to the Users (or Subusers) tab, and invite your developer's email with specific, granular permissions.
2. Bot Hosting Availability & Tiers#
Is free tier bot hosting currently available?#
No. Free tier community bot hosting is currently unavailable and closed to new registrations due to node capacity allocations. We encourage developers to deploy on our entry-level paid bot containers, which start at just ₹10/month at paid.visihost.in.
How much does Discord bot hosting cost?#
Our paid Discord and Telegram bot hosting starts at ₹10/month (Nano plan with 256 MB RAM) and scales up to ₹379/month for enterprise 16 GB multi-sharded bot clusters. All paid tiers include 24/7 persistence, daily automated backups, and 99.5% SLA uptime protection.
Does bot hosting include automated restarts?#
Yes. All paid containers are equipped with 24/7 Docker container watchdogs that automatically restart your bot in the event of an unhandled crash or temporary node reboot.
Can I run a Lavalink music node on a bot container?#
Small bots can run lightweight tasks, but dedicated audio encoding, stream buffering, and YouTube audio decoding consume significant memory and CPU cycles that require dedicated audio resources. For audio nodes, please use our dedicated Lavalink Hosting plans.
3. Billing, Invoices & Payments#
What payment methods are supported?#
We support a broad range of domestic and international payment gateways:
- India: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay cards, NetBanking.
- International: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.
- Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa.
How quickly are servers provisioned after payment?#
- Bot Containers & Game Servers: Instant provisioning (< 60 seconds) once payment is confirmed.
- Cloud VPS: Automated hypervisor orchestration takes 15 to 30 minutes (up to 1 hour during peak times).
What happens if I miss my renewal invoice due date?#
We provide a 48 to 72 hour grace period during which your server remains active. If unpaid after the grace period, the service is suspended. Files, containers, and databases remain intact for 7 days post-suspension before permanent deletion.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?#
Yes! You can upgrade your RAM or CPU at any time through the Client Area. You are billed only for the prorated difference for the remaining days of your active billing period.
4. Refunds & Service Level Agreement (SLA)#
What is the refund policy?#
Refund requests on new hosting services are eligible within 24 hours of initial order activation if you encounter an unresolvable technical fault originating on VisiHost infrastructure. Renewals, add-ons, and dedicated servers are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
What is the uptime commitment?#
We maintain a baseline network and hardware uptime target of 99.5% across paid services (99.0% for regional India nodes, 99.9% for global hub nodes). Verified infrastructure downtime below targets qualifies for account Service Credits under our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Does code crashing or rate limits count as SLA downtime?#
No. Crashes caused by application bugs, out-of-memory errors, Discord 429 rate limits, or customer misconfigurations do not qualify as infrastructure downtime.
5. Discord Bot Deployment & Troubleshooting#
Why is my bot crashing with Exit Code 137?#
Exit Code 137 means your bot exceeded its allocated RAM and was stopped by the Linux Out-Of-Memory (OOM) killer. Enable cache sweepers in Discord.js or upgrade to a higher RAM plan. See our Crash Troubleshooting Guide.
Why do I see a "Privileged intent provided is not enabled" error?#
Your code is requesting privileged intents (like Message Content or Server Members). Open the Discord Developer Portal, select your bot, open the Bot tab, scroll to Privileged Gateway Intents, and toggle on the required intents.
Should I upload my local node_modules folder?#
No. Never upload node_modules. Always let the container install packages cleanly in Linux by uploading your package.json and running npm install in the console.
6. Security & Abuse#
How do I report network abuse or submit a DMCA notice?#
Send reports with verifiable technical evidence (IP, UTC timestamps, and unaltered logs) to support@visihost.in or visihostindia@gmail.com. See our Abuse & Copyright Policy.
What should I do if my bot token was leaked?#
Immediately open the Discord Developer Portal, reset the token, update the BOT_TOKEN in the Startup tab of your control panel, and restart your container.
